Huh, I have a drill press. Of course, I'll have to clear a bunch of cruft out of my workshop in order to get to it.

I've been using the one at sprout (http://thesprouts.org/), which they taught me how to use in exchange for me teaching them how to use the industrial sewing machine they were given. I got the better deal, since the sewing machine didn't actually work.

What I'm sayin' is, if I find the time (and that's a pretty gargantuan if), I could do some hole-drilling as well.
