As of this writing, it's not too late to buy this one -- it's on my table at Arlington Open Studios, which is almost over for today but will be open tomorrow from noon to 5pm at Arlington Center for the Arts.
Do your bags have inner pockets or are they unstructured? Probably I wouldn't buy one anyway, but I'm annoyed at my current backpack (too large) and also pretty much every thing else I have tried.
They have linings and interior pockets, and I usually give them a layer of canvas so they hold their shape better. I'd say my bigger bags average four pockets total and the smaller ones have two or three.
