Do your bags have inner pockets or are they unstructured? Probably I wouldn't buy one anyway, but I'm annoyed at my current backpack (too large) and also pretty much every thing else I have tried.

They have linings and interior pockets, and I usually give them a layer of canvas so they hold their shape better. I'd say my bigger bags average four pockets total and the smaller ones have two or three.
