That's a thing that log-cabin quilts do of necessity, have a center square that doesn't line up with the diagonal lines. That is indeed what you think it is. :-) It measures about 84x96" at the moment; the next step will be to add a border to bring it up to its full dimensions, and then it gets its backing and batting and can be quilted. That'll happen after I show the unfinished top at Arlington Open Studios this weekend.
