Yes, I didn't get there quite in time to take the picture I wanted to take. He'd been watching some children playing across the street; my friend who belongs to the cat called us in from the other room to see him, and by the time I had my camera out, the cat was wondering what we were all whispering about in the doorway.
We have a friend who teaches high school biology. We keep trying to get her to assign her students the task of developing a cheap test for pet allergens. Imagine how that would benefit the shelters, which would then be able to advertise animals as being naturally less (or non-) allergenic!
