Bill Clinton as a generic politician (e.g., Robert Packwood, Eric Massa) is too obvious. I'd have to give it to Helen Keller.

Ah, but we weren't thinking of Clinton as a generic politician: we were thinking of his famed encounters with Monica Lewinsky and others. Certainly not unique, but that's what he's infamous for.
