This is Mittens. She works at a pharmacy. While I was there, someone came in with a dog on a leash, and the animals got all prickly at each other, which is why Mittens looks spooked in this picture.

I'm not much of a cat person, but the expression seemed more pensive to me. Perhaps pondering some sort of labor unrest in response to her workplace hazards.
