That peeling paint seems familiar... Memorial, just past Western, headed downstream? The big brick building (if it isn't a govt utility building, it should be)?
There was a fence by Harvard Business that used to look like that. I would pass it on my way to work every morning. It doesn't take a whole lot to maintain a fence like that, but it does take some effort!
