Soooo wonderful. On a related and coincidental note, for the past week I've been listening to an audiobook of Dale Carnegie's 'How to Win Friends and Influence People', a book which I hadn't re-read since childhood. And there's a lot of that book in that 'Validation' video.

Thanks so much for pointing this out. It made me feel really good on a less than good day. And it gave me back my smile.
