iron repair?
Jun. 26th, 2007 12:59 pmPaging electrical geeks:
My iron suddenly decided to quit. It was on and working fine, and then it was off and spitting all over my ironing board (no longer hot enough to make steam). I've tried turning it off and back on, and I've tried several different outlets, to no avail. My suspicion is that the power source just needs to be reattached, however that works.
If you have done something like this before, are in the Boston area, and would be willing to try fixing it...
I will bake you a banana bread when the thermometer goes below 75, or we can negotiate some other barter-type deal.
