None! Okay, maybe a few. I only served it to my family and chosen family, and we share germs anyway, so it doesn't matter... right?

Mandolines are great but I am a bit scared whenever I use them.

Mine has a hand protector with spikes that hold onto the vegetable. It works better with larger, rounder veg, though -- not carrots, radishes, and cucumbers -- and it leaves you with a lump of veg that doesn't go through the slicers.
