We went to Shore Line Trolley Museum last weekend. I think this one was from Chicago, iirc. The museum unfortunately doesn't have the funds to restore all the trains they acquire.

I really miss your photos. Your handful of pomegranate seeds from NaNoPhotoMo years ago continues to be my inspiration for posting my own photos.

This Chicago Elevated car was built around 1960. It got flooded by Hurricane Irene, and again by Sandy. The Shore Line museum is getting FEMA money to repair flood damage, but they need both matching fund donations and volunteer labor to get the job done. Both tend to favor cars with local friends (e.g. NYC, CT and maybe MA histories).
