Oo, nice shot! I like the palette and the repetition and the kind of radiating diagonals formed by the seats and the seat gaps.

Lecture hall? Business school? This looks like it could be a very consciously designed environment for people who will wear tailored suits in subdued colors when they enter the workforce.

Then again, it could be an Arts school where they didn't want the environment to clash with the bright plumage they expected the students to wear. ;)

This is the more modern and comfortable of the two big lecture halls at MIT. The seats were purple until recently.
