I'm curious as to why you don't show your baby's face? Is this a convention on the DitL community?

It actually makes me unusual in the DitL community. We don't put Bear's face on the internet because we don't trust the internet to treat her personal information respectfully. We want her to be able to decide for herself, when she's old enough to make an informed decision, whether to post photos of herself online.
