You would've loved this place: http://www.annabellesonpond.com/Home_Page.html We stayed there so as not to burden my grandparents with sheets & towels while we visited them. The couple who own the house collect all kinds of things -- the guest rooms display the collections of fish, shells, sailing ships, and sleeping cats (pictorial only, unfortunately). The common areas have lots of beautiful colored glass vessels, bells, game pieces, jade plants, and other stuff that I'm forgetting. The garden has at least half-a-dozen mismatched sets of tables and chairs scattered about, some occupied by potted plants... And they got rid of their clothes-dryer a couple of years ago, so there are clotheslines in the yard, which had some scrappy quilts on them when we were there. To go even further off-topic, they have goats, and a business called Scapegoat Goatscaping, in which they hire out the goats to eat your poison ivy (or mow your meadow or whatever).

Duck tea pot pie could be good, though. :)
