It is an interesting idea. I am curious about running the electrics. It would make a very interesting solution to homelessness, student housing overcrowding, etc. What would be interesting is if/how you could, with solar pannels and/or wind turbines, have it be mostly/entirely off the grid.
I am going to have to chew on this for a bit. I would probably (and possibly stupidly) want to get the plans and build my own...not that I know how.
Well, simple, you get two: one for you/K to occupy, and one for the sewing and computers. :-)
Then everyone else you want to live nearby you also gets two, and you arrange them all on a big plot of land, with a community center in the middle... Oh wait.
I love it! I'd need a large one for my workspace than for my living space, but hey. I love the idea of buying one to keep in the backyard as a guest house -- with a it of land, you could really put together a nice B&B.
