Isn't that garlic powder on the upper right? Pretty sure I've never had a pumpkin pie like that. :P

Clockwise from turmeric there's methi (fenugreek), cumin, and garam masala. I was making aloo saag (which turned out delicious, especially once we decided it needed mango chutney).

I was willing to let the garlic powder look like cinnamon sugar mix or something. It's all brown spices!
