I have gotten a incredible amount of stuff done today.
Carried 50 pounds of soil and manure into the backyard from the car, plus four plants.
Signed for delivery of my new EZ-up Instant Shelter (canopy for ArtBeat).
Did a load of laundry, and while that was in, I sewed a hat, then made the bed with clean sheets.
Went to the bank, had breakfast, bought fabric.
Dropped a mini stereo off at Salvation Army. They were having a half-price sale on furniture and had one of those nice unfinished-wood CD shelf units for about 500 CDs for $15. So I went out and put the seats down in the car to make room for the shelves but when I went back in somebody had bought it. Curses!
Brought the fabric for the mockup of my wedding dress to the person who is making the pattern. Pressed-and-rolled it for her.
Picked up a shower curtain and toilet paper at Target.
Got five more plants from Ricky's Flower Market. Every time I go in there I marvel at such an oasis in the middle of Union Square -- and how nice the staff is.
Stopped by Porter Square Books (they didn't have what I was looking for), made the mistake of parking by the sidewalk (in front of where the video place used to be), and caught and ripped the bumper on the curb. F#@&!!! Ran into CVS for duct tape as a temporary fix.
Back at new apartment, I spent an hour and a half in the back yard, turning 8 square feet of weeds into beautiful soil and planting basil, oregano, dill, cilantro, parsley, rosemary, and thyme (no sage). I also have mint but I'll be planting it in a pot because it's too invasive for the garden.
Put new shower curtain up. It makes the Ugly Room miraculously less ugly.
Just put in the third load of laundry for today.

Things I have not done today:
Pack any of my stuff for moving tomorrow. But I have a good reason: I gave my key to my subletter yesterday, and then forgot to get K's copy from him. oh well, it just means I need to spend a couple of hours over there tomorrow morning.
