Yum! We have a family of squirrels who live in our backyard, but I suspect that were we to fillet them all we would not come up with 2-3 cups of meat.

That is a problem with squirrels. The only time I had squirrel (at a fundraising game dinner many years ago) it was in the form of tiny Swedish meatballs. I vaguely recall liking it.
