Something in the way it's lit in the photo made me think it was a stained glass window, rather than a quilt, at first.
And yes, I love the way it's all hexagony in the large picture, and all spirally in the small one. If I slept under this quilt, it would be hexagony before I took off my glasses, and spirally afterward.
That's funny, about the difference between with and without glasses. I have a quilt that I love but I wouldn't want in the bedroom because it's so bright I imagine it would keep me awake. This quilt falls into that category too, but luckily it no longer belongs to me!
