People who are less clued might like to know -- I guess from the building number that this is at MIT. I'll be there tomorrow and could go look at this thing if I knew more accurately where you were talking about.
It was not fenced off when I looked at it Thursday. There were people who did go in it, though I didn't. Perhaps just at the unveiling when there was a crowd. But after the other people left, I walked around and looked at the symbols and there wasn't anyone else within 50 feet.
