Some readers may notice a theme over the next few weeks: I am obsessed with leaves turning color. The leaves are the reason that October is my favorite month and also the reason I could never settle anywhere other than New England. Hmmm, this may also explain my devotion to my default userpic (a sculpture by Andy Goldsworthy).
