Yup, soup. It was yummy. For some reason, the fact that it's spicy makes me think it's a good soup for summer -- but really, is there such a thing as a good hot soup for summer?

When I was living in Hawaii with my parents for a year, the hottest days would be when everybody would hit the noodle bars. The hot soup would make you sweat more, which would ultimately cool you down.
