I have developed a penchant for BIG mugs of tea, so eowyns made me these fantastic HUGE mugs. Included in the photo for scale, the red mug is a standard 12-ounce one.
FWIW, I found a vendor at Pennsic that does stuff like that, so if you want to order more than eowyns might be willing to do, I can give you their contact info. Buying a full set of dinnerware from the vendor in question is towards the top of my "when I have some really disposable income" list. :D
I don't know why it never occurred to me that there would be merchants at Pennsic. Someday I would really like to go to it. I should start by going to local one-day events more often, though.
Speaking of going to local events - I should ping you when I'm thinking of going to something. I've been looking at the various local(ish) December events recently, but I tend to shy away when I realize it'll be all socializing with strangers. Of course if I never go they'll never not be strangers...
You should definitely ping me. I don't know when I'll be able to go, though, what with toddler wrangling (K can do a lot, but we are still nursing, she doesn't nap in public, and she gets car-sick easily). Next year it may get easier.
