So we knew that our house would be getting its new insulation today -- and indeed, when we arrived home we saw a utility truck and strewn shingles and bits of insulation everywhere -- all well and good. What we did not bargain for was that the town had chosen today to close our street's water main for maintenance. Guess we'll be going out for lunch now...
