In a 32oz mason jar (or something like one), put two teabags' worth of dry green tea. Add fresh mint from the garden, a couple drops of rose water, and honey to taste. Fill with water and put the lid on. Place it in the sun (outdoors is ideal) for at least an hour or two (all day is okay too).
Decant the liquid over ice when you're ready to drink it.

The other tea I've found that works is Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice ("Put a Tiger in Your Teacup") -- it's an herbal mixture of cinnamon and other spices, and the sun tea is sweet on its own, so you don't have to add honey.

I've heard that black tea does really well as sun tea, but I haven't gotten around to buying any yet (caffeine isn't popular in my household).
