musicjill, in her livingroom, which is somewhere near #18 on the official map (look for balloons and posters).
The event is both Saturday and Sunday. If you come on Saturday, print out the parking pass beforehand, and display it on your dash. On Sunday, resident-only parking restrictions don't apply.
