Cambridgeport Open Studios

Went to Cambridgeport Open Studios this afternoon. Liked the stuff we saw (though didn't see enough). Particularly liked Paul Gray's junk sculptures. As usual at this sort of event, I'm more excited by the opportunity to see the insides of people's homes and studios than I am to see their artwork. I like to see what colors artists paint their walls, what books they read, what kind of furniture they have, what photos are on their refridgerators.

I recommend that if you have time between 1 and 6 pm tomorrow (Sunday), you pick up a map (available at Pearl Art in Central Sq, among other places) and look around Cambridgeport.
