I know I never post anymore and some people wonder whether I still exist. I have two jobs, and that makes free time hard to come by. But I love both my jobs, and I have more work coming up. Several people have asked me to make things for them and I've had to say, "I'd love to do it if you can wait til the end of May." Feels good to have a backlog!
More of what's on my mind:
One cup peanut butter, one cup sugar, one egg, and a splash of vanilla extract. Put small spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12 min.
