The brick wall is in Davis, right by the T entrance next to the cinema. The yellow house is a block-and-a-half from there. It also has grape flowers (wisteria) framing its front door, which is really pretty but I couldn't get a good photo from the sidewalk.
For some reason, that purple is just right for the light and the mood this week. I've been walking around the neighborhood and enjoying it wherever I see it (flowers and some stairs on Broadway). Thank you.
