I'm baking for an online bake sale, to raise money to support a friend who's going to walk 60 miles in three days to raise money for breast cancer research. I'll be making almond cookies, the flourless ones I make for Passover. They're delicious. So are any number of other contributors' offerings. You should bid!

If you "win" my cookies, I'd be happy to bake them at a later date if that's more convenient for you. I'm also happy to mail them to you if you live outside the Boston area (but inside the US).

So, like, I wanna see the recipes (unfortunately, not of yours; almonds and I are not friends.) I'd be worried about shipping; many confections do not travel well. At least, of the things I make.

Well, the almond cookie recipe was originally a peanut butter cookie recipe, and if that sounds better to you and you want to bid on it, then that's what I'll make for you. And I've mailed the peanut butter cookies before and they do quite well (a) being handled by postal workers, and (b) a couple of days old.
