It is. I'm so spoiled. Now that I can get fresh (frozen) pasta at farmers' markets summer and winter, I don't ever cook the dried stuff anymore.
I let the Bear choose what kind to get, and she usually picks the black kind (squid ink). This time she wanted the bright red, until the pasta lady said that's Sriracha and I explained that that's too spicy even for me.
