Polycrystalline silicon PV cells. But I don't recognize the conductive grid pattern, so can't guess the brand.

You know more than I do. This array is at Drumlin Farm. It powers a flying bird sculpture, and the PV panels are mounted low down so you can shadow them and see which birds stop flying. It was such a bright day, though, that we couldn't look up directly at the birds!
