Yep. To be specific: a common, or weedy, sea dragon -- not to be confused with a leafy sea dragon.

Looks like a Sea Dragon, relative of the Sea Horse.

Yes. There are apparently two kinds of sea dragons, the leafy and the weedy. New England Aquarium has both in the same tank, but this was the only one that got close enough for me to photograph.
