How long would you estimate it takes you to make one of these (maybe one of the thicker ones)? I used to do them yeeears ago but I got bored with how long it took (and also not having anything to do with them after they were completed) and I'm wondering if it's more my memory of my adolescent impatience...
They do take a long time (four to six hours?), but it's exclusively playground/party/transit time -- I would probably never work on one of these when I could be washing dishes, raking leaves, or running a sewing machine.
That's about what I recall, yeah. Great use of time for those times when you have to sit for a short while! I just need to figure out more uses for them. :)
