I thought it was from this book (http://www.amazon.com/Pish-Posh-Said-Hieronymus-Bosch/dp/0152622101/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1378426534&sr=8-1&keywords=pish+posh+said+hieronymus+bosch), but I'm not sure.

I think there's a plaque someplace nearish there discussing the sculptures. (I believe there's more than one in that area.)
