That looks vaguely like my door. But it's not -- the windows are wrong. We need to do something about the finish; it's gone to crap as usual.

I love the texture, that's why I took the photo. Is it bad for the wood when the finish beads up like this?

Yeah, it's not doing its job and so moisture is getting in and warping or rotting the wood.
