I pretty much decided I'd rather look at other people's studios this year (you can read that as I was too lazy to fill out the application form on time). But I am definitely doing ArtBeat. w00t!
Well, sharing space does't require having filled out any forms -- if you're in a good location (that is on the map already) people will come. Lots of folks seem to do that -- likely a mix of late-action and money-saving.
hmmm, that's something I should think about, then. Maybe I'll visit studios on the saturday and set up a table somewhere on the sunday... but I'd have to do some sewing before then, or I'll just be re-displaying a lot of things that people've already seen. Which might not be such a bad thing, if it's nice weather and I set up outside.
I certainly did not realize that. I had never been told exactly what your wedding date was. I have it down on my calendar as "June 20-something." So now I'm fixing that...
Don't worry, Val, I didn't take your comment the wrong way. I'm sorry I spaced about June scheduling, I'm usually pretty good about remembering dates. I'm glad I happened to be idly planning ahead, so we caught the conflict early.
