I was going to go dancing tonight, but my head seems to have made other plans. Currently it is hosting a migraine behind my eyes; soon I hope to dissipate said migraine via good old-fashioned sleep.

Yes, thank you. Sleep helps, in general. Then I have to take it easy for a couple of days to make sure the headache doesn't come back.

I'm not taking it easy, exactly. It was such a warm day, I biked to work (a day total of 13 miles). Tomorrow is looking to be warmer still. Ack.
